Transcontinental Group (TRG) is a Perth based entrepreneurial and investment group of companies historically focused on Minerals and Resources development, and investments in Oil & Gas, Property and Technology. Operating internationally the Group specialises in mergers and acquisitions corporate and financial restructuring and property development.

The group was founded in 1983 by Anthony (Tony) Trevisan who has acted in his current role of Executive Chairman since the Group’s foundation.During a period of over three decades the Group evolved into an organisation with diverse interests in Property, IT and Minerals and Resources. Its reputation is closely connected to the entrepreneurial skills of the Chairman  who was until 2018, Executive Chairman and Principal of the recently rebadged group Tribis.
